6.30pm: Arrival, settle in, introduction chat with Jane and Ceril, welcome drinks, dinner
Saturday
7.30-8.30am: Wake-up yoga and meditation
8.30-9.30am: Buffet breakfast with fresh local produce: fruit, yoghurts, cereal, IOW newly laid eggs and fresh bread.
9.30-12.30: Discover the New You workshop with Ceril
1pm: light lunch poolside
Relax for afternoon
5-6pm: Nutrition Q+A with Jane
7.30pm Barbeque dinner
Sunday
8am: light wake-up breakfast
8.30 am -9.30 pm Yoga class
9.30-12.30pm: beauty treatments
1-2.30pm Sunday brunch

The all-inclusive cost of the weekend retreat is charged per room- not per guest, so ideally suited to bringing your best friend or mum!
From £450 for a twin bedded poolside chalet to £600 for a twin bedded guest room in the main house. It is up to you if you wish to share with a friend or have single occupancy.
The first 10 people to book will receive a complimentary copy of “Discover the New you” and 20% off this price.
Max occupancy is 14 people (as you will see that many of rooms are double beds).

Options are:
Wightlink ferries: Car with 4 passengers usually from around £50 if booked well in advance. Portsmouth to Fishbourne (nearest port to my house)
Car Ferry from Portsmouth to Fishbourne (40 minute crossing) 20 minute car drive from Fishbourne to Bembridge
Red Funnel also offers crossings but they arrive in further away from my house and are from Southampton or Lymington
British rail/hovercraft-Train or car to Portsmouth/Southsea connecting with Hovercraft (10 mins across Solent to Ryde)
or
British rail/Catamaran (15 mins across Solent) Portsmouth to Ryde
Taxi/mini bus from Ryde to Bembridge) a 15 minute journey around £10 or can order a mini bus from Bembridge taxis
