It feels like real food, rather than being on a diet. Now I fit into my first ever pair of skinny jeans and even wore a bikini on holiday!
I’m 5ft 2in and small-framed, so carrying extra weight and squeezing into size 14s felt really uncomfortable. My weight had crept up slowly so when my husband took some photos late last year I was shocked by how big I’d become.
We thought we’d been eating well, cutting out alcohol in the week and watching our carbs. I wasn’t a snacker either, though enjoyed weekend treats like roasts and full breakfasts. But my portion sizes had crept up, so even my salads were super-sized.
A friend told me about Jane Plan and it seemed too good to be true. The food is delicious – I love the roast lamb, chilli and meatballs. It feels like real food too, rather than being on a diet, which is refreshing. Even though I’m gluten free, my menu’s still wide and varied.
The weight came off quickly and I’m now 8st 2lbs and a size 8–10. I have a chest condition so carrying extra weight meant I was out of breath more, but now it’s easier to be active. I even climb seven floors of stairs to my office!
Highlights for me have been slipping into my first ever pair of skinny jeans and even wearing a bikini on holiday. In fact, the only problem now is I need a whole new wardrobe…

As a designer, how I look is really important. Since losing two stone with Jane Plan, I feel much more confident. Now when I walk into a room or client meeting I feel completely different – not self-conscious or worried what people think. Everyone’s noticed the change and even my business has benefited.
As a vegetarian, I‘ve always eaten healthily but Jane Plan taught me to watch portion control, it’s not enough to just eat well. The food is delicious and even though I lost the weight some time ago, I always have some Jane Plan to hand. It’s great after a ‘naughty’ weekend!

I’ve battled with my weight since I was 14 and always been a yo-yo dieter. Despite being very active and sporty I found it hard to shift pounds.
I noticed a lady in my exercise class was getting slimmer every week. When I asked her how she did it, she told me about Jane Plan. I immediately got in touch, my first hamper arrived two days later and I haven’t looked back.
For the first time since age 14 I’ve lost weight and kept it off. I’m happier, healthier and fitter than I’ve ever been – last month I even went mountaineering in Morocco!

I struggled with my weight for many years, so wasn’t after a short-term fix but a long-term solution to losing weight. I’ve lost almost three stone with Jane Plan and can honestly say it’s been life-changing.
Most importantly I’ve kept the weight off and now use Jane Plan to keep things that way.
Working long hours in a theatre means sometimes it’s hard to eat healthily. I keep my diet box to hand so I’m not tempted to grab unhealthy food on the run.
Since losing the weight I’ve been offered a fabulous job in TV and feel completely comfortable in my new high profile role! One of my greatest pleasures is altering my clothes to fit the new slim me; it’s a great feeling.

My husband and I had a fabulous sailing holiday booked. I started the plan in January and by the time I went on holiday May I’d lost over 2 stone. Someone said I looked like a Bond Girl! Well, you can imagine how that made me feel.
My husband and I booked a fabulous sailing holiday with friends and I didn’t want to have to hide under a caftan all holiday. I considered other diets but needed something gluten free. I also wanted to eat with my husband in the evenings and Jane Plan is unique in that it provided an evening meal for him, even though he wasn’t actually on a diet.
I lost a lot of weight quickly then it slowed down, but a little every week was still a loss. I did the Weekends Off plan which meant I could still eat with family and friends, but I had lots of guidance from Jane Plan about what to eat so my weight loss remained consistent.
I started the plan in January and by the time I went on holiday I’d lost over 2 stone. I can’t tell you how great I felt, so happy and confident and when someone said I looked like a Bond Girl… Well, you can imagine how that made me feel, especially as I’m in my late 50s!
One year later the weight has stayed off and I still get the occasional box just to keep things in check. I am loving the new slimmer me and embracing all that life has to offer.

I find I can socialise with friends, attend business functions, enjoy life – and still lose weight.
I enjoy fine wine, good food and entertaining friends and, as a lawyer, have a sedentary job. None of which help when it comes to losing weight! I like to ski and have always been fairly fit, though never as slim as I’d like and never seemed to reach my weight loss goals.
A friend looked amazing on Jane Plan so I thought I’d have a go – it’s the best thing I ever did. I’ve gone from 14st 4lbs to 12st (a little more to go), my body fat has reduced so much my personal trainer is thrilled and I feel so energised.
With Jane Plan I find I can socialise with friends, attend business functions and enjoy life – and still lose weight! My husband has also done the plan (with less to lose than me). We both really enjoy the food and find the support helpful. And I look forward to my weekly chat, it keeps me motivated.

Like many women, I’ve tried every diet going. Now I can wear what I like and eat my favourite foods but now I know how to balance it all out.
Since having two children 15 years ago I gained a pound a year and the weight followed me around like an unwanted guest. Occasionally I lost half a stone but always put it back on. I resigned myself to chic but loose-fitting tops and disguised waistlines.
Thanks to Jane Plan I’ve shed that unwanted weight and learned portion control without spending a fortune. Not a day goes by I don’t get a compliment and I even got into a size 8 skirt. OK, it was at M&S but that hasn’t happened since my early twenties!
Now in my 50s I feel reborn and vital again. I can wear what I like and eat my favourite foods but now I know how to balance it all out.

Weight loss wasn’t the initial driver for choosing Jane Plan; I was looking for a nutritious meal delivery plan I’d enjoy. Losing weight was a wonderful bonus!
I’d definitely recommend Jane Plan to anyone who’s too busy to worry about what s/he eats and would like to lose weight.
Being a scientist, I was sceptical of pre-packaged meal plans that often contain high amounts of salt and preservatives that can result in negative health outcomes. I was delighted to discover Jane Plan meals are made with all natural ingredients, minimal salt and no preservatives. Unless you were told, you’d never know they’re also low fat and low calorie.
And this is the beauty of the plan: it’s delicious, simple to follow and, most importantly, convenient for a busy person like me.

I was worried it might be expensive to have food delivered but can honestly say I didn’t spend a penny more on Jane Plan than I usually would on food – some weeks it was quite a bit less.
I’ve lost nearly 3 stone using Jane Plan and can’t recommend it enough. I never even get bored of the food because of all the different choices.
One thing that really helped me was the weekly call – knowing I had to admit to their nice team how well I was doing (or not) helped me take things seriously and stick to it! I don’t think I would have got as far without that encouragement.
