Remember – out of sight, out of mind!

We eat with our eyes, not our stomachs so if your favourite foods are visible, you're far more likely to eat them. As hard as it might seem, get rid of all the tempting treats in your house, or hide them away at the back of cupboards or in sealed tins or boxes.

Another great tip is to move your healthy options to the front of the fridge or cupboard, so they are the first thing you see when you open the door. If you are faced with healthy treats rather than packets or biscuits or snacks you've a much stronger chance of staying on track with your diet plan.

Next, line up some other kinds of treats for when you reach your goals. Why not plan a trip to the cinema, set your eye on a new pair of jeans or download a new CD or Spotify playlist and run a bath.
