How to get back on track

It can seem really daunting to get back on op of your healthy eating. Where to start? Here's four easy ways to help get yourself back on top.

Be organised

Healthy eating needs planning. Make sure you've got all the right foods in your fridge and cupboards and plan your meals for the week ahead. Batch cook some nourishing stews or soups with plenty of vegetables and wholegrains in. 

Be realistic

Don't set your expectations too high. If you don't like kale, don't buy kale. You have to create a healthy routine which works for you and you'll be able to stick to.

Be positive

Writte affirmations on your fridge. Jot down a positive note on each page of your diary. Believe in yourself and you'll be able to achieve anything. Getting your mind back on track is just as important.

Be motivated

Why do you want to get back on track? What's your reason why? Make sure you really understand why you want to be healthier? Even if it's just to feel great, that's an important reason!
