Jane Planner Of The Month
We are very excited to share one of our Jane Planners of the month for January - Susie Edwards. Susie is such an inspiration - she's lost 5 stone in 10 months!
I lost 5 stone in 10 months! Now I love shopping for clothes and get a real buzz from wearing small or extra small sizes. I can even wear skinny jeans!
"I had tried every diet out there but nothing had ever stuck. When my eldest son got engaged I knew it was time to do something about my weight for good - I didn't want to be the biggest person in the wedding pictures.
I found Jane Plan online and signed up there and then. I loved the convenience of having the meals delivered and I loved that it was real food that was portion-controlled. It made it so easy to stay on track. I didn't feel like I had to deprive myself and even eating out was easy - I could eat out without ever feeling like I had broken my diet and hard work.
I also increased my exercise by ensuring I reached a minimum of 10,000 steps a day and used hand weights on a vibration plate. This meant I stayed toned as the weight came off. I feel so fit now and enjoy being active - I use the stairs now, instead of taking the lift and I really enjoy walking my dog."
