Top tips from successful Jane Planner Tasha
Tasha Frampton shares her advice on how to commit to your diet plan, and stick to it!
We are very excited to introduce Tasha and she's had an incredible journey with Jane Plan. Tasha loves movies, music, the theatre and anything wonderful and spectacularly over the top! She has also been to Las Vegas twice and loved it!
Here's what she had to say about her weight loss journey, plus a few little diet tips from the lady herself!
Tasha lives with her very supportive husband Ross and works in Camberley, Surrey as a payroll clerk. It means that Tasha spends a lot of time sitting at a desk.
The real reason I started losing weight is because my husband and I have been trying for a baby for five years and the doctors said to me that I would need to get my BMI below 30 for them to help us.
I yo-yo dieted on and off for years but nothing ever really worked out. When it came to January this year I said to myself, "You have to do this, you have to lose this weight, not only for myself but for my family but I knew I needed something I would potentially stick to. I saw the Jane Plan advert on the TV so investigated online, saw the food and decided this is the one for me".
Tasha signed up for four months and started her journey. She opted for the Jane Plan Weekends- Off Plan, which worked out well for Tasha as she was still able to go out for a meal with family and friends and maintain a social life. "As restaurants are a lot more accommodating now for dieters, I found it was easier to keep an eye on what I was eating, making sure I didn't go over 1200 calories. The Jane Plan food is delicious and so easy to prepare. I had Jane Plan breakfast with milk at about 9am, then 10.30am I had a piece of fruit. At lunch I had Jane Plan lunch, 3.30pm I had another piece of fruit. Then at dinner time (around 6pm) I had Jane Plan dinner with veg and then had my Jane Plan snack after dinner", says Tasha.
She now has a BMI under 30 and has been referred back to the hospital
"I feel so much healthier now. I used to be really slow when walking, but now I go for a 30 minute walk on my lunch break as a form of exercise. I also suffer from Irritable Bowel Syndrome and used to get quite poorly at least 3 times a week and to be honest I can't even remember the last time I was poorly, which is brilliant as it affected my everyday life".
"I would recommend Jane Plan to anyone who wants to change their life. Not only is the food delicious, but it’s the perfect start to a healthier lifestyle as not only does it help you lose weight but it also teaches you how to live a healthy and maintainable lifestyle. I have a lot to thank Jane Plan for. I have gone past my target and I am still losing weight now so it goes to show that it absolutely works and I have a treat now and again, for example if I'm at the cinema and I want a scoop of ice cream I will have it, I just remember to count the calories", Tasha explains.
A tip to Jane Planners out there, you can do it, stay positive, every bit of weight you lose you are a step closer to your goal!
