Set some goals, establish new routines and get ready to take the rest of 2020 by storm. This is your guide to getting back on track. This weekend's weather is a stark reminder that summer is on it's way out and the autumn is looming.


But what to do when the last few months have left you feeling disconnected and de-motivated? How do you get back on track for the rest of the year, without throwing in the towel and hibernating until 2021.

A September re-set of course. By taking it upon yourself to hit refresh on various aspects of your life - you'll feel a lot more prepared and motivated to make the most of what's left of 2020.  If you're ready to get started but don't know where to start, you're in the right place. This is our guide to the complete September healthy re-set to get you ready to take the rest of 2020 by storm.

Set yourself realistic and time - achievable goals
Work out what you really want to achieve and why, so you understand what motivates you. It could be that you'd like to lose weight - the key to success here is understanding why. Is it for health reasons, improving your well-being, self confidence or just wanting to be the best version of you? Whatever it is, write down your goal, a realistic time frame you'd like to achieve it in and why you want to achieve it.

Get organised
Once you've set your goals - get organised to get it done. It could be ordering your Jane Plan, re-organising your food cupboards, making healthy shopping lists for fruit and veg, starting a food diary or signing up to an app like My Fitness Pal. Make a list and as you achieve each action point, and cross it off your list - it's so satisfying!


Make moving more a top priority


Yoga with Georgie is the perfect way to do just that! 

To help you re-set your fitness this September Georgie is introducing a new focus to our yoga classes, so for anyone new this is the perfect time to join (classes are appropriate for beginners and experienced practitioners), and for our regular yogis we hope this will help you to continue to make the wonderful progress we've already seen. Each month Georgie will be focussing on two parts of the body with the overall aim of building strength and improving flexibility. For September our focus will be the legs and the spine, so Wednesday classes will work around the muscles in the legs, while Saturdays will have you creating spinal mobility in every direction. Keep an eye out on Instabook each week for the class titles to see what's to come!

Your first class is FREE. And, as all the classes are on Zoom, we also record the live classes, so you can access them as many times as you want,  free of charge, for seven days following the live class. PS Our yoga classes are available to everyone - you don't have to be a member of Jane Plan to join a class.
