It will take a little more than just cutting the calories and sticking to your diet plan - but don't worry, as ever, our exercises are easy to do and will take virtually no effort at all.

Exercise One - Toe Taps
Give your lower bum a real workout (while also working those abs) with this straight forward move.
Start by lying flat on the floor, with your arms straight by your side.
Raise your knees up in the air at a 90 degree angle.
Slowly lower one leg down with the knee bent and tap the floor.
Repeat this 20 times with one leg, and the repeat again with the other side.
Exercise two - simple squats
These may seem extremely basic, but we shouldn't underestimate the strength of squats, and the toning power they have. These not only tone your bum but your thighs too. They are best done against a wall to keep your back straight and your body upright!
Stand upright, feet shoulder width apart and arms stretched out in front of you.
Slowly bend your knees and lower your body so you are at a right angle.
Be careful not to use the wall to slide down, make sure you are using your legs and bum to control your movements up and down.
Do two sets of 15 of these squats every day.
To makes this one harder try holding weights (or a bag of sugar).
You can do these exercised while boiling the kettle or standing by the photo copier in work. When combined with a healthy diet, finding just a few minutes every day to exercise, will really help you become bottom beautiful!
